The whole experience was touching, uplifting, therapeutic and relaxing. The hairs on my arms stood up, and the smile on my face came out. Inner feelings and thoughts occurred, and I started feeling like my mind is taking over my body. The movements in my steps and the energy around the room was astonishing and shifting. The energy shift was massive, and the individual’s demonstration was amazing and consistent.
You probably think what have I attended and what the experience was it? Well, it was all to do with theta healing, a spiritual healing that focuses on the present moment. During this healing, I could hear the branches outside, trees and the wind blowing. I could smell the sacred smoke around the room and the power and control there was. I could touch the inner body movements that meditated and how the different parts of my body had shifted during this experience.
The whole body experience was amazing, as I felt my body rocking back and forwards without me even doing anything. The control my body had was immense, and when the healer asked me questions if it was a yes, I rocked automatically forward, and if it was a no, then it was backgrounds. This is when you know the healing process worked effectively.
I had to drink a lot of water so my body would feel focused, so I wouldn’t feel dehydrated, as my muscles needed the strength to be engaged with the task. I was focused on the energy shifting, and it’s an easier way of different meditation of easing the brain and body.
It also focuses on the waves and the interaction between the patient and the individual that takes overhealing. It was touching and emotional as I had to dig deep and get into my inner feelings and instinct to know what to say to my younger self. Also, what I can do to make her feel better. Letting go of all bad energy from me and not letting it get to me and what’s around me and my bubble—feeling that energy shift from negative to positive, sensing my mood changing in the process. Feeling happy and settled.
The feeling of my cheeks getting touched and the comments my nan said in spirit was touching. This was an emotional and life-changing experience. I would recommend this to anyone without a doubt. The healing I felt that day and the closure I felt between the problem and the outcome was remarkable. The emotions that triggered me and the outcomes we figured out focused on the inner trauma that plays a big effect and contributes to your emotions.
The inner thoughts and the inner instinct I have, the feeling of being focused, open and confident during the experience, helps benefits the individual itself. Overall it was an outstanding experience that taught me that energy is essential and focuses on what you need in your small or big bubble. The smaller the bubble is, the more positive you feel and the energy you are attracting. The bigger the bubble is the amount of energy you are attracting. So one consists of positive energy, and the other one consists of negative energy.
Healing denotes the process of real deep meditation, the different changes in the brain wave patterns. The relaxed feeling I felt during this experience and the tears running in my eyes were sensitive. I was driven to the experience and determined I would get excellent results. The self-healing I felt that day, and the feeling of drifting away into my zone was special as no one can burst my bubble. It was my time just to visualise what’s right in front of me. The connection I felt with the healer was comforting, and it was nice to feel valued, seen and taken seriously. The wave patterns and the energy in the room connote this. My whole body was drained by the end of the session, muscles tensing and releasing tension and stress. Hence, the positive energy around the room, closing your eyes and digging deep into what you feel and what past memories looked like.
After the session, the feelings I felt were mind-blowing, and I was feeling happy, valued, seen, positive and different. The law of attraction relates to this, as what you think is what you attract. Positive thinking results in positive outcomes, and negative thinking results in negative outcomes. It’s as simple as that. Mindfulness is key to mediation. The gentle voice and the interaction that takes place is effective, leaving the patient feeling relaxed, tired and stress-free. The anxiety in the body decreases, and the inner feeling of muscles tensing is huge. The body drained, and the inner hairs that stood up on my skin were incredible.
It was such an honour to take part in this healing process. I felt so happy after the session as I felt relaxed, healed and happy. I felt like a different person, and I could cope with the thoughts that came into my mind, knowing how to manage them and channel my thoughts into positive ones. The inner thoughts I was experiencing were positive and happy. I feel like I have come out of a dark and gloomy tunnel, and I now see the dazzling light shining through. My thinking patterns have changed, and I feel more engaged with my inner feelings.
The sacred smoke around the room made me feel relaxed and happy, I enjoyed the environment I was in, and I felt comfortable and safe. The communication and interaction between myself and the healer were amazing as she made me feel very comfortable, and I felt like I was in a safe place. We managed to build a relationship professionally and maturely. I felt comfortable expressing my thoughts and feelings and being open-minded with them. I felt empowered and encouraged this experience to dig deep into my emotions. I would experience this again to de-stress and to focus on my body and mind. I would recommend this to anyone that suffers from anxiety.
I feel better since the experience and much more comforted knowing my nan is here with me in spirit, always in my heart and knowing she has my best interests at heart. I felt so privileged to have this experience.
